for your organization. Our service
proactively prevents junk e-mail (spam)
from reaching your e-mail client - in
fact, it is prevented from reaching your
network at all. This provides you with
an additional benefit of not utilizing
your internet bandwidth for obnoxious
junk e-mail.
 ACCi's
filtering service captures the suspected
junk e-mail at a service center located
outside your organization prior to the
e-mail being forwarded on to your e-mail
server. The e-mail is held at the "spam
center" for a specified amount of time
prior to being deleted. This give each
individual user an opportunity to check
for valid e-mail that might have been
accidentally captured (called false
positives).

each user to login via a web page and
check his/her e-mail for valid e-mail.
Also, each user can automatically choose
to allow future e-mail from the valid
sender to be sent on to their e-mail
client without further delays.

allowed to manage the settings for
his/her e-mail filtering for different
categories - from lenient to aggressive
settings.
3. As an additional
level of security, the service also
prevents messages with viruses attached
from arriving at your inbox.

filtering solution works for inbound e-mail, enabling
companies to enforce e-mail policies
they may have in place.
5. Our e-mail
filtering solution also places the
administrative burden outside your
organization, as opposed to placing a
hardware/software solution or appliance
inside your company network.
Costs
The
service has a one-time setup fee
that is set based on the size of
your organization, and a cost of
$1.99 per mailbox per month. Note
that a single mailbox may have many
aliases at no additional costs. For
example, Sally Davis may have an
e-mail address of
sdavis@mycompany.com, and
additional aliases such as
sally.davis@mycompany.com,
sales@mycompany.com, and info@mycompany.com.
The cost for Sally's e-mail box
would still only be $1.50 per
mailbox per month.
